One Account Rule

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. When duplicate accounts are detected, ct999com will close all accounts associated with the individual and may forfeit any balances across those accounts.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials private. ct999com will never contact you to ask for your password. Account Verification (KYC)

• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance not met with its wagering requirement before expiry will be removed from your account automatically.

In the event of a game being abandoned or reduced due to weather, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules apply where applicable, and markets not covered by DLS may be voided.

Tier status is reviewed on a rolling monthly basis — players who do not meet the activity threshold for their current tier during the review period may be moved down to the appropriate level.

• VIP cashback is calculated weekly based on net losses during the preceding seven-day period and credited in PKR.

• VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Cashback credited to an account is withdrawable subject to a single-times wagering requirement.

8 Responsible Gaming
